Chairman

In 1990, Mark, together with his wife Denise, founded an electrical engineering service partnership which in 1993 was incorporated into Dematec Pty Ltd. Mark is the Chairman of the Dematec Group and oversees the adherence of corporate governance and compliance to Australian standards, monitoring the cultural health of the company and striving to construct a balanced, skilful team by education and by creating an environment where it is always comfortable for members to learn to pursue excellence (with guidance) and not be admonished for making mistakes.
