SA Premier’s Defence Industry Scholarships Program

The South Australian Premier’s Defence Industry Scholarship Program is designed to support the defence industry and its suppliers to build the in-demand skills, knowledge and experience through work-based learning opportunities for university students and addressing areas of skill shortage.

Scholarships are available to high-calibre students who are completing a degree in science, technology, engineering, maths (STEM) or business, majoring in project management or logistics in South Australia.

Dematec have been privileged to host one scholar so far, (Jayden White, who is now working part time with Dematec for the duration of his university studies) and we are looking forward to hosting two more recipients later this year (Olivia Griscti and Christopher Balnaves).

We were pleased to be able to attend the recent ceremony where Premier Steven Marshall presented scholarship recipients with their awards.
